Frosh/Frost Week

Frosh (Fall)/Frost (Winter) Week (also known as Social Orientation) offered by the New College Council is optional for incoming new students. During this period (usually one week for the Fall Semester in September and one week for the Winter Semester in January) you will participate in a wide range of social activities including sports challenges, skating, carnival night, live music and a trip to Wasaga Beach in the Fall. By working with other colleges, explore your chances to develop new friendships, become comfortable with the York environment and most importantly make the most out of your university experience! There is no better way to familiarize yourself with the campus than to attend Frosh or Frost week!
